Vice Commander Eader pointed out that he noticed when we cleaned the Memorial at Monument Park prior to the Hannah Kim event that the sealant around the bottom of the memorial was badly deteriorated and would let water flow down alongside the monument base which would freeze during the winter and possibly damage the memorial. He recommended we contact the city to fix the problem. Chip Chipley said he would follow up on the problem with city officials.

The Chapter picnic will be at Dutch's Daughter Restaurant on September 15th and the Christmas Luncheon is scheduled for December 12th.

Meeting was adjourned at 12:20 pm.

Respectfully submitted,
